USBI should be sued for fraudulent claims! Back in December I received a charge on my bill stating that I had made calls to the UK, the charges $9.00. I called USBI and ask for a block on these types of charges (I don't have long distance!)
The next month, the cost had risen to over $80 in charges! I called again and the friendly customer service agent agreed to take off the charges and put a block on the phone line! Now this month, I received a phone bill for $180!!! None of the charges have dropped off and the dialing is still happening!
Anyone know if we have grounds for a consumer law suit! What legal recourse do we have?
