I was charged by usbi in the month of December for long distance calls. I called verizon up and conplained about the situation and they took of the charges. But before they took the charges of they said they have it on recording that I ordered the services, which I know is not true because I'm the only one living in my house hold, so who else could have ordered it? Know this bill cycle I received my bill and there they go again charging me for long distance calls. I never autherized them to be my long distance provider. This is becoming very stressful for me. I have health problems as is and this is not making it any better. I would greatly appreciate it if some can help me out with these false charges that are on my bill.
