I recently placed an order on line with Pro Flowerws.com after hearing about them on Hannity & Ingrahms talk shows. I placed my order of one dozen Valentines day roses 10 days ahead of time. The roses arrived at 4:47 P.M. On Valentines Day. My wife's work day was over by then like most other peoples and she was on her way home. Needless to say she was not very happy with my apparent lack of romanticism.
I sent an e-mail to Pro Flowers and received a condescending and insincere apology as follows:
We are sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery times by ups or fed - x. However if you would like to order more flowers call us at blah, blah, blah.
Signed Ericka Zepeda.
People should have a reasonable expectation of the time of arrival of flowers to a business location.
By the way when you do finally get your flowers plan on taking them out of the box, putting them in a vase and arranging them yourself.
