I ordered flowers for valentines day and payed over 50 dollars. I ordered 24 roses in a vase with a nice little message and some chocolates. I got home a bit after the deliver time and without even a call they left my flowers up at the apartment clubhouse. I went up to the clubhouse to pick them up expecting a very nice arrangement in a vase with water.instead I had 24 roses sealed in a shipping box, tightly rapped with plastic. Nothing else! The flowers were wilted and unappealing. I brought them to my fiance none the less. She was happy with the thought, but I was enraged at the fact the this company ripped me off and ruined my special moment. Go to your nearest florist and order some nice flowers yourself. This company just contacts the nearest florist for you and sends you the nearest forist's flowers but after they are dead from shipping. They have a 100 percent satisfaction garrentee on the website but all they would do is send me more bad flowers which is not satisfying. I wanted a refund.
