I purchased 4 items on Nov 8th, only 1 has been delivered before Xmas, after calling them almost 10 times, the last item missing was confirmed to be refunded on Feb.10 days after when i called back to ask where my refund is, they said they just shipped it on that day and refund was cancelled.
