The first time I used beyond the rack I had a great experience, not so much the second time.
I ordered a bag on Jan 4 and received it 2-18 over a month later. It arrived damaged and it was a non returnable item. After twenty phone calls beyond the rack finally conceded to store credit. I shipped it back same day and it was returned 2-25. Only after making several phone calls and threatening to call my credit card company for fraud did I receive the credit. Today is 3-20. Over one month to ship, and one month to receive store credit.
Unfortunately I have no choice but to deal with them again as the bag I purchased was over 300 usd and I can't afford to lose that. What started as a great experience turned out to be a nightmare a a very large waste of my time.
