I purchased items through the online web page. Requirement was a minimum purchase of $50 to get free shipping. I purchased 2 items to make the $50 (an item I wanted and one that I did not need).
The transaction was done online, and then the following correspondence took place via. Email.
Feb 4 - Wednesday - the order was given for 2 items.
Feb 5 - Thursday - I received notification that 1 item was not available.
Feb 5 - Thursday - I objected to the order, and asked when the required item would be available.
Feb 6 - Friday - D & B Sales told me partial refund was processed.
Feb 6 - Friday - I requested for the missing item to be sent when it comes available. No Reply.
Feb 9 - Monday - I confirmed that I did not need the item that was to be shipped
Feb 10 - Tuesday I sent reminder that I did not want the item.
Feb 11 - Wednesday - D & B Sales sent written confirmed that the item was shipped. They advised they were not sure when the item I wanted would be available, and they would not give me the item at cost without additional shipping charges when it would be available. They offered to take item back, if I pay for return shipping.
Feb 11 - Wednesday - Last request was given for either full refund and cancelation of purchase, or the item I wanted to be shipped without additional charge.
