Two orders were cancelled the same day. These orders were confirmed cancelled with customer support the next day. Later that day, one item in each order was confirmed as cancelled, and the rest of the shipment was shipped anyway. Meanwhile, none of my non-cancelled orders shipped until days later. Even though they suggest you refuse shipment, Buy.com shipd via USPS (which cannot be refused) and ships via DHL with instruction to drop off a local post office (again, cannot be refused).
When I contacted support (after dialing numerous times and holding for 15 minutes), I was told the items that had confirmed cancelled shipped anyway. Support claimed that all orders were delivered and I should have refused them. After arguing for 10 minutes, he relented and emailed me prepaid shipping labels. This should never have happened.
