This is my first and probably last online shopping for walmart. I ordered dslr camera on Christmas day and got confirmation letter after 2 days that it is being shipped but the ETA will be delayed due to unknown reason from Jan 4 to 8. So, its fine for me but as the days follows and try to track it via USPS, it never updated. Then January 8 come and no item but they are sending email about rating the product, so the following day we contact the USPS and they said that they never received it and need to contact Walmart. So we contact Walmart and they said it got lost (which I don't believe it). They said if we liked they can replace or refund. Because they got into my nerve already, I said I'd rather refund than dealing with them again. And I thought its good already. And guest what? They send me an email for replacement. I felt harassed from this experience!
