I had ordered three gift cards... They were guaranteed to be delivered between 12/20 and 12/22. Its christmas eve and they still arent here. I called walmart and they refused to replace them. They told me they would deactivate them and refund my money in 5 business days.
I asked them why they couldn't deactivate them and let me pick up new ones at the store. They said no way. Also they informed me if the cards had been stolen and used... Good luck getting a refund... Customer satisfaction... Right!
Walmart cares only about themselves and not anyone else... I'm done shopping at this store on and off line no more... Cant trust walmart online anymore... Merry christmas walmart!!! Made sure mine wasn't
