I ordered a TV and though the tracking says there are no delays with my shipment, it's nearly a week late and no attempts have been made to deliver it. I emailed FedEx about the problem and heard nothing back. The shipment is in a town less than thirty minutes from my house but has been sitting there for ten days and hasn't moved. If there are no delays, why is my shipment so late?
