Two things comes to mind worse customer service and horrible management. Very very poor workmanship. I ordered my ring in July and got it back in September and still didn't get it right... Wrong stone setting, wrong size, wrong pricing and rude customer service!!! Just about everything was wrong. I would never recommend to buy anything from them or have them do any jewelry work through them!!! Very bad experience!!! Never again i will step into their store again!!!
