Poor Customer service: Kay's store sized down my ring too much rather than special ordering it in my size. The diamonds kept falling out and the employees in the store kept telling me there's nothing wrong with the ring and that they would just keep "replacing" the diamonds instead of ordering a new ring. Well, after the third time I decided to call customer care (because they wouldn't call for me) and now they are ordering the ring but not the band that also was sized down too much. They told me that since there was nothing "wrong" with the band that they would not replace it. There's barely nothing left of the band, it's thin and brittle because it's so small but there's nothing "wrong" with it. The employees at the store will not give me any information about my ring that's suppose to be ordered and will not return my phone calls. I do not recommend Kay Jewelers to anyone!
