Do not order from this 'company'. On November 29th, I ordered, and was charged, for $22.92 worth of merchandise. The items were Christmas gifts for my father, who enjoys a good prank.
On 12/12, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped.
On 12/18 I called zymetrical inquiring about my order as it had not arrived. An employee apologized and said my order had not been shipped due to a back-order on one of the items.
The employee agreed that an email should not have been sent stating the order was shipped, and agreed that I should have been notified about the delay. The employee said the item would be on by Tuesday at the latest, 12/21, and he would ship it to my parent's house, waving the shipping charge.
As of 12/23, I still do not have the order and did not receive a response to an email sent early 12/22.
This company is dishonest and gives internet commerce a bad name. Spend a bit more and shop elsewhere if you're looking for pranks and gag gifts.
