I ordered from this company online three weeks before Christmas. They shipped my order to another customer of theirs who emailed me to let me know. However, that customer didn't send me my order to me and won't answer my emails.
I tried to call Zymetrical but they have their phone transferred to a fax line or never answer. I emailed their customer service over four times explaining the situation. They have never replied.
Today I just noticed today that they changed my order status on their web site from "shipped" to "cancelled" with a note underneath it saying "Customer would prefer to post false & misleading information, rather than contacting us."
That was the last straw. They have no business ethics and I've decided it's time to take action. My order was only for $41.44 but they have decided to not listen to their customer and ignore the problem. I will pursue this full force and I expect anyone else who has been a victim of this company to come forward so we can do what needs to be done!
