I placed my order on November 24 I emailed them on December 2nd wondering if my order would be there by christmas.
The company responded saying yes that it would indeed be there by christmas and that due to the holidays it was taking a little longer to processed orders. (on web site it states orders will take 1-2 days, and special order 14 days, but company will contact if there is a delay) I waited a month and nothing!
I waited and waited tell the 17th of december and emailed again wondering were my order was no response, i emailed 4 more times up until christmas day asking were my order was? No response!
On December 27th I emailed and stated I wanted my money back or I was going to my bank to pursue fraud, I received a email with in 1 hour stating my order was cancelled due to my request and my money would be refunded.
If they didn't want to do my order or they didn't have the stuff I do not know. But there was never an apology for the delay, no communication what so ever until I threatened to contact my bank. It makes me wonder if I was lack in my wanting of the order if they ever would of sent the items or refunded my money. Buyer beware!!!
