Placed order on September 28. Credit card charged on September 28. After ten days without receiving order emailed Zymetrical and received response from "Brian" on October 9, regarding "pooping keychains" — "item out of stock". Order shipped on October 31, received on November 4. One item (fart lollipop) out of five totally missing, one item (fart keychain) defective, one item (box of 24) missing two keychains (pooping keychains). Contacted zymetrical on November 5. No response as of November 9 other than a notation on their web site that they've emailed me four times. I've only received two emails, both on October 9 regarding "out of stock". No response to emails I sent after partial shipment received. They charged my credit card a month before they actually shipped.
