This is the e-mail I sent the company after reciving threatining letters about the 18.00 we owe them. After ordering a 1800 number from them. We recieved a letter stating that the service is now active. We gave our 800 number to our family and friends and asked them to try it. They called back on our regular number saying that that number didn't work. We called our 800 number on our cell phone. It didn"t work. We called and E-mailed powernet global. Left messages and e=mails that went UNANSWERED!!!
We recieved two bills from them. One in 03 and one in 04. After the 04 bill I sent an e-mail asking why I am recieving a bill for NO SERVICE. If you order cable and never get it... YOU DON"T PAY FOR IT They of course have "no record of any communications" and didn't respond to the "LACK OF SERVICE" question I posed to them.
This is a VERY POOR COMPANY and IF YOU are thinking about using them... Run. Run fast!
