I ordered online (5 items, free shipping) from www.Mookiegifts.com Sept. 14. I received confirmation the same day. The Email said I could check status online, which I did on the 20th, as I had not heard that the order being shipped. It didn't appear to have shipped so I inquired by Email with no response.
I Emailed again on the 22nd (referencing first Email) and told them to cancel if order had not shipped. Again, no response. On the 25th I Emailed again with the same results. I kept an eye on credit card activity and the order had not been billed.
On Oct. 3rd I received an Email notifying me the order had shipped and it arrived on the 6th. As I still needed the items I decided to keep it but never do business with the company again. Only, there was an item missing so I Emailed them again. Then I noticed another item was not what I ordered. The other three items were okay! I'd had enough and notified them (yes, by Email) that they could have the order back and pay the return postage.
Unfortunately, I only had the D & S Giftware name when the package arrived and not before. Had I had it before ordering I would have discovered complaints on your site, the Better Business Bureau, and other complaints online. Hopefully I'll have the ammunition to get the charge removed from my credit card quickly.
