I have worked with Gessin on 3 orders now and I always get them on time and exactly how he describes it. Just recently I had an issue with my package being lost in transit and called Gessin he told me not to worry that he would give me a call within 24 hours with a resolution. He called in 2 hours later and told me that he had my order re-shipped overnight and call UPS to file a trace for the missing package. I was amazed at how quickly and easily he resolved my issue.
