I have purchase over $10,000 with sportsmemorabilia.com and haven't had an issue that they couldn't resolve. I have spoken to few agents in both customer service and sale but work exclusively with Gessin Pineda. My last 5 purchases have been items he recommend to me via email. Every few days he will email me some interesting pieces at great prices to add to my collection and I have to say if I could buy them all I would.
