On March 18 I ordered a baseball display case as a gift for my husband. My credit card was promptly charged for the cost. After many emails on my part and a few responses back from either "Glenn" or "Todd Kupka" wherein they were either "a little behind" or the case had shipped, but somehow they could never respond to give me a tracking number - I requested an explanation and a refund. Nothing has been forthcoming. After seeing the other reports on this company, I called my credit card company on Friday and they are refunding my money and getting in contact with Timberland Case's bank. Don't deal with this company regardless of their unfortunately impressive website.
