Deceptive Business Practices and Poor Customer Service

Several months ago I purchased an autographed baseball along with a case to display it in. I received the baseball but never got the case. I was charged for both. I allowed an extra month but it never came. When I called Sports Memorabilia 's customer care, Gessin chatted with me. Gessin stated one would be sent and a new tracking number would be given. It has been1.5 weeks since that conversation, along with several unreturned phone calls on their side, and I'm still empty handed with no tacking number and certainly no case. Yet, they still chose to keep my money. Hmm, definitely makes me question the integrity of this company. Needless to say I have shared this story with several individuals and advised them how terrible this company is. Also, I've emailed their customer care offices and those messages have yet to be returned. This company could really care less about their consumers.
