Don't do it. They oversell and then the merchant can't deliver within a reasonable period of time. The merchant didn't even call back for 10 days to schedule, despite three phone calls, and then it was past LivingSocial's refund policy of seven days so they wouldn't provide a refund. Merchant could not provide service for two months. That's not reasonable nor is it the customer's burden to bear for overselling or inability to provide timely service.
