Merchant not honoring deal and no help from Livingsocial

I purchased a "3 Oil-changes with tire rotation for $15.00" deal from Living Social on Feb 8th, '12. I received an e-mail the next day, asking me to confirm my purchase or something, and then the actual coupon arrived in the mail after another 2 or 3 weeks.

The terms on the coupon said "call for your appointment" and showed that the service station is open on Saturdays.

I called the merchant on Wed 4/11 for an appointment on Sat 4/14 and was told I could "just come in" and wait for the service. When I got there that morning, the merchant refused to do the service saying they are too busy and that I should leave my car there all day sometime during the next week (which is not possible for me.)

I called Livingsocial to request a cancellation and refund, and their "manager" Hannah would not help me, saying "the merchant seems to be willing to work with you and you need to work with the merchant". She also said that the refund policy is only 5 days after the date of purchase.

So, I tried to "work with" the merchant again... I called them on Monday 4/16 for another appointment the next Saturday 4/21 and they said it was too early for them to know their schedule for that day ~ I should call back on Friday. I then called again on Fri 4/20, and got the same answer: "we're too busy to do this on Saturday..."

I'm going in circles here: last Wednesday they said I could just come in on Saturday - on Saturday when I got there they couldn't fit me in - on Monday it was too early to make an appointment for the next Saturday and I should call back on Friday - on Friday it's too late to make the apponiment for Saturday again.

The coupon arrived long AFTER the 5-day cancellation period, so I was out of luck on that policy from the moment I bought it, and before I could even see the coupon.

Livingsocial has not bothered to answer two e-mails I have sent to them about this run-around, asking them to help resolve it.
