Terrible service by both the merchant and LivingSocial!!! The merchant not only didn't deliver services after I had made the appointment 1.5 months in advance but tried to scam me by calling and pretending to be from LivingSocial - can you imagine!!! The merchant called my cell phone and left a voicemail saying he was a rep from LivingSocial and that I had to call by the end of business day because merchant (the merchant was him) had complained about me. I'm glad I checked the phone number online before returning the call. It was registered to another carpet cleaning company. I reported the incident immediately to LivingSocial and they did NOTHING!!! I just got an automatic reply saying they were sorry I had a bad experience. Unbelievable!!! They don't care that unscrupulous people use their name to call customers to get information from them. I will NEVER buy a deal from them. I write this review to prevent other customers to have to deal with a similar situation. Use other deal services like Groupon instead. At least they always reply to claims in a helpful way and solve the issue.
