Horrible Service! Manager hides behind "no refund" policy

Business is too booked and cannot provide timely services. Must wait a minimum of a month or more to get an appointment.in the event client has to reschedule (like I did) the next appointment is over a month out. This does not work when the service is laser and it is important to get the next session in a timely manner. I purchased a previous package from merchant and it took over 6 months to get in for my first session! During that first session I had to wait for over 40 minutes for my session. Manager hides behind "no refund policy" as a crutch to provide poor service. Merchant takes on new clients without regard for inability to properly provide quality service as indicated by inflexible schedule and lengthy wait times.
