Purchased a pair of glasses from LensCrafters back in March of this year 2013. They told me it would be 7 to 10 days standard time for my type of prescription and lenses that I needed I was okay with that. First they said they would call me when they were ready they didn't call me and when I called they told me that they had to send the lenses back because the lenses were not in working order, apparently the lab person damaged them so they had to get new ones. Again I had to call and see if they were ready as they hadnt called to tell me they wrre ready. This time I went to pick them up and they had been rolled and polished to the point they had a Coke bottle effectt when looking at the lenses from the front. Again they were sent back to reorder the lenses and said it would take another 7 to 10 days. I came back and they had installed the lenses improperly and hadn't rolled and polished them. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that he was busy and couldn't come out but I could wait. So I waited for over 20 minutes and he never came out so finally I asked where is the manager and they sent the lab technician out who was very rude and you could tell he had an attitude. So finally after talking to the lab technician and him telling me that my glasses were fine even though I am the customer and wasn't satisfied I immediately stated that I wanted a full refund which LensCrafters Obliged and gave me a full refund. I later went online and found the same frames for about a hundred dollars less and my total bill at the other place was almost half the price that LensCrafters quoted me so I can say that I am thankful for the rude behavior and the poor quality because it made me go look somewhere else and I got a better deal. Needless to say I won't be going back to LensCrafters I had gone there at least two other times and was able to get a decent pair of glasses but looking back I see that that they are severely overpriced and frankly the service and the quality is lacking.
