I purchased new lenses for my eyeglasses in March from Lenscrafters as my original lenses cracked from left to right. The first week in November I noticed a crack forming from left to right just as before. I brought the glasses into the store and I had purchased insurance on the lenses but not the frames. I was told the lenses were being replaced free as defective lenses. Additionally, the frame leg on my frames fell off the morning I went to Lenscrafters and so I was told there was no insurance purchased on the frames so I would have to replace them. I had a second pair of glasses that the lens had now cracked top to bottom and was told that I would have to replace those as they were originally purchased from Pearl Vision and the warranty was expired. I had no problem with the second pair as it was not purchased from Lenscrafters. When I got the bill for both pair the total was $612.
