I attempted to get glasses at Lenscrafters in Ocala, Fl. The technician who serviced me kept turning her back on me, was non-responsive to questions, and treated me as though it was an imposition to disturb her (Denise). When I called the next day to get the number of Lenscrafters customer service I was told by manager Alyssa that Lenscrafters does not have a customer service department.
They took my money and I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the lenses I want. I was told that Lenscrafters did a cut-back on the lenses it keeps in stock. I can get product from overseas quicker than I can from Lenscrafters. Having used them in the passed I am surprised at Lenscrafters indifference to customer servicing.
