I was promised fair credit for time I didn't have cable services durring the hurricanes. I was told my bill was corrected but it wasn't and they refuse to give me fair credit durring the storms. I'm mad.
I called them and they told me my billing was fixed and in the end I had to pay 50% of the time. I was without power and cable the lines were ripped off my house. You become the last priority of the cable company and electric companys. They told me I would get properly credited back. I didn't; they said their accounting department rejected my claim. Beware!!!
