Time Warner Cable Horrible Overall Experience

I signed up with Time Warner about 6 months ago because it seemed like the best choice at the time. Boy was I wrong. First I was signed up for the wrong servces, the install was horribly messy, and my original cable box didn't work. Then come to find out, on top of all of that, the installer stole my HDMI cable from the DVD player I had and didn't give me a new one. When I called customer service about this I was told I would have to drive and get my own new cable box from the store and install it myself-oh and I would be charged to get an HDMI cable that was originally mine to start with! Then I had the second cable box for about a week before it starting messing up too, I AGAIN called customer service and they told me I'd have to return that one too. I got yet another cable box and installed it myself. Beyond all of this I thought well at least my cable will work better than Dish networks, but mine seems to be just as spotty even when the weather is nice. Now even though I was told I was locked into my already ridiculous price of $106 it just went up to $109, and this is not the first time I've had problems with my bill. Did I mention that they also conviently at this time switched me to paperless billing without my authorization? That's pretty sneaky. I caught it though and they told me that the extra $3 is an equipment charge and my promotional rate isn't locked in for equipment. I am cancelling my services, this is ludacris!
