Changed from * to cable... Because I wanted VOIP service and it would be better for me to have cable for this... So, I switched to cable... The installer put a black cable around my sliding glass window on my white house? He didn't ask. I didn't even know he had to go in my back yard... When I called to complain, the customer service agent told me to relocate the cable is going to be $30... Let her know that I shouldn't have to pay for that, I didn't do anything wrong... She agreed and told me theirs not going to be a charge... A month later is on my bill... Called to have it removed... Basically they refused... To remove the charge... Asked for a Supervisor and the agent hung up on me...
Also, I want the HD service... So, I rented the receiver... They gave me an older model that is awful... My brother has Adelphia also and has a much better receiver... Called to ask why... Agent told me that different areas have different signals and need different receivers??? So, I couldn't get the newer receiver... Is not fair that if somebody wants cable, that they have to be stuck with Adelphia... This Company should not be operating any business... That name is going under and its shows on their service...
