US cable has ripped me off. My services were disconected and not turned back on. They claim they were turned back on but i was not made aware that they were. They are now trying to bill me for the time it was not in use.
Regardless of what it says on their end it was not being used on my mind. They should have the decency to credit my account for the one whole month I did not have services and keep a customer... instead they refuse to credit my account for the month of unused internet... And they have lost a customer.
