Ripoff absolutely no customer service no communication returns and credits are a joke miami florida

I have been buying from abc for the past two years. They never ship an entire order therefore you always end up paying extra shipping charges.

I was trying to check stock on an item and it went through as an order. I called immediately to cancel, and of course could not get through. I e-mailed them immediately to be sure no order shipped.

To make a long story short, they shipped the order anyway. I e-mailed them and told them to pick it up at their expense and their convenience. Finally after weeks, someone that could not speak plain english called and tried to help me. They finally sent a return label. I mailed everything back, and the did not credit everything mailed back, and are still trying to collect from me.

Needless to say, they can close my account, go fly a kite or whatever. I am done with them at this point.

So unless you are someone that will decide to keep everything you get whether you like it or not, beware. If you want to call them, plan to be on the phone on hold for 25 to 30 minutes.
