I ordered a product some 14 days ago. I continue to check my order status and it says my payment was received but shipment is pending. They're website says and I quote, "We do our best to ensure that ALL order are received and shipped out within 24-48 hours. If at any time an item is backordered, we will notify the customer immediately upon receiving the order.in cases of large orders, if an item is out of stock or backordered, all in stock items will ship, with the remainder of the order shipping out immediately when it is received. The customer will be notified at all times with any changes to shipping of ordered parts or apparel." I have not been notified once. I have called several times and have e-mailed some ten times, but to no avail. I'm determined on getting the product I paid for, so I will keep calling, but if you can help it, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM XTREME MOTORCROSS!!
