On the 20th and 27th of each mounth I get charged 9.95. Each charge is for cic*creditreport.com. So I tried to contact them to close the accounts because I can't enter either one. Being a credit report service you would think they could see that you are being charged twice for the same service. All I want is for them to cancel both accounts.
