TMobile changed their service plans. Suddenly in April of this year my plan was changed to a Classic plan without my knowledge or approval and my contract dates were extended to April! I did not make this change to my account this was an automatic change generated by their system when they were making changes to their own types of account services offered yet they refuse to honor my contract dates! One phone would have been at the end of its cointract late last month and the other in/around February. This is ridiculous and when I ask to speak to a manager they will not allow me to!
