I received a letter disputing my claim that I did not verbally renew a contract with T-Mobile. TMobile stated in a letter that I changed my rate plan which is a verbal agreement to renew my contract. This is not true because when I changed carriers I still had the same Family Plan, which I shared with the additional line on my account. This plan had been in affect on my account for over two years. TMobile never stated what plan I changed to or when I changed the plan. My Family Plan was still active when I changed carriers.
I am entitled to a transcript (s)/document (s) that would validate a verbal renewal of a contract. TMobile has not provided the documents, but insist I owe them an early termination fee because I renewed my contact. This never happened and I am tired of the schemes, manipulation and dishonesty I have encountered with TMobile.
I am refusing to pay a penalty for early termination when I had no contract with them at the time that I cancelled my service. TMobile is insisting I owe $400.00 and I refuse to be forced to pay something I don't owe.
I have agreed that should we need to take this to court, I have no problem with it. It will be my pleasure to challenge and uncover the schemes and lies T-Mobile uses against innocent and unknowing customers. If necessary I will not hesitate to contact the media and any other source I need in order to publicly disclose the unfair treatment and the manipulation T-Mobile uses to over charge customers.
In 30 days I will expect a copy of the transcript (s)/document (s) that show date (s), time (s), and words that indicate me verbally validating the change of a plan rate and renewal of a contract with T-Mobile. Should they be unable to submit to me such a transcript (s)/document (s), they by law are required to remove the penalty in the amount of $400.00 for any early termination from my account. Should TMobile report this account to any of the three credit bureaus before this matter has been satisfactorily settled; I will have grounds for a law suit and will not hesitate to sue T-Mobile.
