Wireless changed contract and contract dates, ripoff

I have a family plan with Verizon Wireless. We originally joined a contract which was about $80 a month back in October. Our contract was set to end in October. When it came time to end the contract, we decided to renew it with the same plan for another 2 years.

When January came, we noticed a change in our contract. We were now paying $120 for a family plan with more minutes. We called them up and they claimed I had authorized it and that our contract was now set to expire February. I had disagreed and they claimed that they would send me a copy of the contract that I signed to authorize it.

I never received a copy of the contract.in July we noticed they made another change to our family plan. We were now paying $190 for an upgraded family plan which I did not authorize! Again, I called and they claimed that I signed a contract for the new plan and to extend the plan to October. They offered to send me a copy of the contract but that never happened.

It is now April nothing has been solved, they refuse to downgrade our service, and they offered to cancel the contract for $300 PER PHONE! That's $900 for all 3 phones!!
