Today I called t-mobile with some rate plan question and the customer representative just told me I am under a 2-year contract, which will not expired until 2013 Dec.
I am totally not aware of I am under a 2-years agreement and I was with T-mobile for more than 3 years already. They responded me that I canceled other two lines in Dec and change to individual plan, and the individual plan I changed to in Dec needed a 2 year agreement, which I really did not know and totally not aware of until now. They replied this is through an automatic system and I have been through that system and agreed with this contract.
This really shocked me. How can a customer be willing to sign a 2-year agreement just for changing to a rate plan? And I have been totally not aware of that until now...
They just keep cheating their customers and tried to get hold of you with any tricks they had.
Don't go for this company if you don't have to.
