I ordered two lockets (with chain) from Shakespeare's Den. The company sent one cheaper locket - i. E not the one I ordered. I thought there'd been a mistake and promply wrote to them - after all, they'd charged $37.90 for delivery to Sydney, Australia. It's been over 8 days since I first emailed them. They do not respond to emails; they do not answer phone calls - no matter when you call them; there is no complaints' department and no way to talk to anyone directly. The website has no name of any individual we can contact. As I am in Australia, this makes it doubly hard. I am deeply disappointed as they do have good products. But perhaps after every two orders you place, the next goes missing?
