I purchased antivirus 2008 cause I couldnt get the trial one off my computer. When I ordered it the purchase button was half way down the page. I clicked on it and it took me to the next page and i was charged for 3 programs. It seems under the secure payment button there were other programs and they were added to my order. I immediately emailed and told them i didnt want these other programs, they told me to try alphawipes cause i would like it. I emailed back and they wont respond. They charged me 80.89 for 2 programs and today, a week and a half later, thay sent me another email saying they undercharged me and they are charging my credit card another 44.00.
I am not in america and i cant get a contact number to call them or get them to answer my emails. I feel wroughted and ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it. I am very angry i was billed from billinternet.com 8778717412 order number 7616201. I have not downloaded the program and im not going to.in the programs i purchased i purchased premium support. They charged me 29.95 for this this is funny i cant get any response from them so my money is wasted from the word go.
I wonder if i download the program, will i be able to get the information for the premium support and be able to physically ring them?
