Need golf bag for traveling, ordered through website which promises that all orders ship same/next business day. I ordered on Oct 23, $110 total. I used Google Checkout via their website, which they offered, and everything went through. I have received no contact after 2 emails, and am going to call today. My account hasn't been charged, which is a good thing.
Google's receipt says that the information has been sent to them, so I don't know what the issues are. We will see what they say when I call today, if I get no response from email #2. Very disappointed, since virtually everything I have EVER ordered online (which is everything), gives contact information and status updates. They even respond to emails within 24 hours. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
