I ordered products from skinrx clinic some 3-4 years ago. I had sent them off a cheque as requested for approximately $500 AUD for the goods that I had ordered as they no longer accepted international credit cards. As I had ordered from them before and had received the goods I trusted that this service would continue. When I did not receive the goods within about 6 weeks I thought this was unusual and began chasing this up.
None of the many emails I sent them were responded to. I tried to call and could never get to speak to anyone.
In the end as I was in Australia and they were in America I just gave up. I was also pregnant at the time I decided it was not worth stressing about, however I was absolutely disgusted that that did not even respond to one email. I check with my bank and they had indeed cashed my cheque, but never sent me the goods. These guys need to be stopped!
