I was so happy to hear that Dunkin Donuts was opening up in AL. I am originally from the east coast n was raised not just on the coffee shop but the community Dunkin donuts great service, friendly atmosphere. I have been to the Dunkin donuts in trussville several times n they just don't get it. For some of us they are nice nasty and act like how can I afford a dollar cup of coffee. Example. One morning woke up early. I couldnt go back to sleep. So I decided to put my clothes on n gets some Dunkin donuts coffee. Everyone was still was a sleep n it was time for me to have a peaceful cup of my favorite coffee. Well when I arrived I wasn't greeted. The two girls up front where up sizing me. No smile nothing. I placed my order. When I went place my purse on the shelf the young lady look like i placed a dead animal on the shelf. It was a messenger bag. Maybe she has never seen one. Still no hello... Nothing. She place my coffee n donut on the counter. No thank you... Nothing. I wouldn't make big deal if I didn't happen several times to me. Ladies please don't judge a book by its cover of which you feel is the norm. Manager instead of sitting there manage. That's what I would of done if one of my EMPLOYEE'S provided poor service. I think I will order k cups online.
