I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Washington Street in Claremont, the service is slow and poor. I ordered an ice coffee and when I got to the window I was handed a hot coffee, when I explained that my order was wrong I received a "Well, thats not what you said" from the employee, not an apology. Then he poured my hot coffee into a cup of ice and handed it to me saying "There ya go, thats what you got", this is poor customer service, and I wrote to the store manager and never received an apology. Dunkin Donuts has just lost a good customer to McDonald's. A paying customer should not be treated that way.
