I ordered a pair of boots from them, received an email confirmation that they had been shipped. The tracking number in the e-mail did not have a link nor did identify which mail service was used for shipping.
I sent an e-mail to customer service asking for more information. This is the reply that I received from them: Thank you for writing in. Always here to help. I am very sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this has caused you. I am currently looking into this issue for you. As soon as I receive an update on your shipment, I will be sure to contact you with the update. I do request for your kind patience as I get the updated tracking information. That was 6 days ago. I have heard nothing else from them except for the gazillion e-mails that I get from them advertising their "amazing deals". I am completely disgusted!
