I order the lotsa love that came with a cuddly plush monkey and chocolate bar. When my daughter got the order, there was no monkey or candy bar. I called Blooms and told them about my daughter not getting all of the order. They told me they were sorry and would put $27.50 back into my account. When I make my order it was a special where I had to sign up for the $9.99 plus $27.50 would be put back in to my account when the order was made. They did this all in the same day. I am waiting on the other $27.50 for my daughter not getting everything I order to start with. If I get the other $27.50 I will up date my post.
