Purchased a two dvd set of a 2001 tv series, for christmas from Cartoon Avenue. The first disc will only play half way then locks up. The second disc is worthless without the first. And, the picture quality, of what I could watch, was TERRIBLE. This 2001 show looked worse than a 30 year old vhs recordings.
After several emails to Cartoon Avenue I have gotten no response of any kind. Non-existant customer sevice and, they do not back up there warranty.
